The weary and tired
The following are designed for those who are weary, depleted of energy and tired. They are proven methods for restoring strength and vigor and vitality. They are words to be spoken out loud every day and if you are really tired and weary they should be spoken several times a day. There are no side effects from overdosing on the word of God. The only thing you may notice is a lightness and kind of floating sensation. What it does is lifts you up so you can walk on high places. Here we go, speak out loud, read them with zeal and zest.
1. Ps 28:7 The Lord is my strength and my shield. My heart trusts in Him and I am helped.
2. Ps 28:8 The Lord is the strength of His people and He is a saving defense to his anointed.
3. Exodus 15:2 The Lord is my strength and my song and He has become my salvation.This is my God and I will praise Him, This is my father’s God and I will extol HIm.
4. Deut 33:25 According to the length of this day so shall my strength be.
5. Ps 75:9 But as for Me, I will declare it forever, and I will sing praises to the God of Jacob. And all the strength and power of the wicked will be silence but the strength of the righteous will be lifted up.
6. Ps 18:1 I love thee o Lord my strength, The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverance.
7. Os 59:17 O my strength, I will sing praises to thee for God is my stronghold, the God who shows me lovingkindness.
8. Is 41:10 Do not fear for I am with you, do not anxiously look about for I am your God, I will strengthen you, surely I will help you.
9. Is 40:29 He gives strength to the weary and to those who lack might He increases power.
10. Matt:11:28 Come to me all who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me for I am gentle and humble in heart and you shall find rest for you souls.
Now take a moment and let these words sink into your innermost being. The book of James talks about recieving the word implanted which is able to save your souls. So you might be sensing a wave of strength and power coming upon you. Just inhale deeply and let’s continue on.
11. Is 33:2 O lord be gracious to us for we have waited for thee, be thou our strength every morning and our salvation in the time of distress.
12. Nehemiah 8:10 Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.
13. Ps 29:11 The Lord will give strength to His people, The Lord will bless His people with peace.
14. Duet 34:7 Although Moses was 120 years old when he died his eyes were not dim nor his vigor abated.
15. Deut 32: 47 And by this word you shall prolong your days in the land, you will lengthen your stay.
16. 1Samuel 2:1 My heart exults in the Lord, My strength is exalted in the Lord, My mouth speaks boldly against my enemies, because I rejoice in Thy salvation.
17. Is 30:15 In repentance and rest you shall be saved, In quietness and trust is your strength.
18. Habbak 3:19 The Lord God is my strength and He has made my feet like hinds feet and makes me to walk on my high places.
19. Phillippians 4:13 I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
20: Col !;11 I am strengthened with all power according to the might of His glory.
Now let all weakness and fatigue leave your mortal body. Exhale out all weariness and emptiness. Focus on the Lord and we will get into the power, strength, vigor, and vitality.
21. 2 Cor 12:9 My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness. I will rather boast about my weakness, that the power of Christ may dwell in me.
22. 2 Cor 12:10 Therefore I am well content with weakness, with insults with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for the sake of Christ, for when I am weak I am strong.
23. Ps 31:24 Be strong and let you heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord.
24. Eph: 6:10 Finally be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might and put on the full armour of God.
25. Ps 84:5 How blessed is the man whose strength is in thee and whose heart are the highways to Zion. Passing through the valley of tears they make it a place of springs.
26. Ps 84:7 They go from strength to strength, every one of them appears before God in Zion.
27. Ps 86:16 Turn to me and be gracious to me, grant thy strength to they servant and the son of thy handmaid.
28. 2 thess 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, and He will stengthen and protect you from the evil one.
29. Ps 140:7 O God the Lord, the strength of my salvation, thou hast covered my head in the day of battle.
30. Ps 46:1 God is our refuge and strength a very present help in trouble of tight places. Therefore I will not fear though the earth should change.
Now there are only two more scriptures to add to this. Take of this for 30 days and see if your strength and vigor increase. Come to the water and drink, why do you spend money for that which doesn’t satisfy. Buy from me without money and without cost.
31. Ps 68: 35 O God thou art awesome from the sanctuary, The God of Israel Himself gives strength and power to His people Blessed be God.
32: Ps 8:2 From the mouths of babes and infants thou hast established strength, because of thine adversaries to make the enemy and revengeful cease.
